A: With direct solar charging, three full days of sunlight can provide approximately 2.5 hours of runtime.
A: Rest assured that we test every unit underwater before packaging to ensure it works properly before delivery. Therefore, it is normal for the machine to be slightly damp or have water stains.
A: The app is compatible with iOS 17 or later and Android 8 or above.
A: We currently recommend pools up to 15 meters in length. If the water quality is poor, we advise temporarily avoiding the use of the ultra-fine secondary filter.

Dock Installation
A: When the dock’s battery is above 70%, it charges the robot. When the dock drops below 50%, it pauses robot charging to preserve its own power.
If using solar charging only, we recommend activating the vision mode daily for best results.
A: For optimal performance, clean the debris box and debris bag weekly. Clean the internal filter basket every two weeks to avoid buildup and odors.
