The Wybot C2 vision was my third attempt at getting a new pool robot that would work in my pool correctly. I previously had a Hayward Tiger shark XLQC for five years, which was a good robot. I ordered an Aiper Scuba Xl pro. (Twice the price of the Wybot). It wouldn’t climb the walls, often stopped mid-cycle and got stuck in several places. I sent it back for a refund on their 30 day money back guarantee. While that was going back, I ordered what I thought was the best I could buy. I went back to a corded machine - the Maytronics Dolphin M400 (nearly 3 times the Wybot price). It was absolutely useless. It got stuck every 5 to 10 minutes, wouldn’t climb the walls, got stuck on the steps. It spent its entire cycle, spinning its tracks and going nowhere. It didn’t matter which cycle it was on, it was worse than my old one. I’m still fighting to get my money back from the store even though their returns policy in ther FAQ section said return for any reason within30 days. They said I’d used it so I couldn’t get my money back. How I was ever supposed to know if I was satisfied with its performance without trying it I don’t know.
Enough whining. The Wybot C2 vision is unbelievable. Put it in and straight away it did everything perfectly. I’m so impressed. Easily climbs the walls and steps, scrubs the waterline, has lots of modes, is nice and light and the fine filter on turbo floor mode picks up the finest dust. I would recommend this unit highly. I haven’t tried the dirt seeking mode yet, but assume it will be very efficient for a quick clean.
