How do I install the robot's floating block attachment?

Please follow the installation steps shown in the video:WYBOT C1 (Click here) For tiled surfaces, we recommend using float blocks.
Why does water appear inside the product packaging?

Each unit undergoes meticulous underwater testing before packaging to ensure optimal performance upon delivery. Minor dampness or water stains on the machine are considered normal.
Why won’t the machine charge?

Before charging, ensure the device is turned off to prevent charging issues, and check for any water in the charging port, as dampness may lead to charging failure or port corrosion.
Why can't the machine climb smooth walls?

1.Please charge the battery immediately upon receiving the robotic pool cleaner.Please note that the machine needs to be fully charged before initial use.The indicator light is red when charging, and green when charging is complete. 2.Before charging, dry the charging pins with a dry towel, and then proceed with the charging. 3.When this cleaner is not in use, please charge it every three months for battery maintenance.
